MyMoneyPlan.co.nz — Privacy Statement

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

• Name
• Contact information
• Computer or network
• Interactions with us
• Billing or purchase information

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Plausible collects no personal data and uses no cookies.

We collect your personal information in order to:

• Provide financial education services, process premium subscriptions, deliver webinars, and where users choose to opt in, connect them with financial advisory services through PPNZL.

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

• Stripe and Zoom in order to process subscription payments and deliver webinars.
• Portfolio Partners New Zealand Ltd (PPNZL) in order to provide personalised financial advice, but only when a user explicitly chooses to connect with an adviser.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide your email address or payment details, we'll be unable to register you for webinars or provide access to premium content. If you choose not to provide your name and contact details, we'll be unable to connect you with a PPNZL adviser if you choose to seek personalised financial advice.

We keep your information safe by using secure encrypted databases hosted on Manus infrastructure, and by ensuring payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified, and never stored directly by MyMoneyPlan.

We keep your information for two years after your last interaction with us or cancellation of your subscription, at which point we securely destroy it by permanently deleting all personal data from our database and requesting deletion from any third-party services that hold it.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as soon as practicable.
